12.00-2.00 : Food Hygiene & Sanitation (FHS) Theory
2.00-5.00 : PM1 (Lifeskills)

2 theories in a day =.= sianx luhs. i think at the end of the day i seh laiox luhs. plus, break time only 1 hr. wth!

Tuesday
12.00-1.00 : Contact Time
1.00-5.00 : Food Handling & Preparation (FHP) Practical

lesson start of with contact time at 12.00, means tat i can sleep longer and wake up late.
aft tat its practical.

Wednesday
8.00-12.00 : Food Hygiene & Sanitation (FHS) Practical
12.00-1.00 : Break Time
1.00-3.00 : Food Hygiene & Sanitation (FHS) Theory

Thursday
8.00-9.30 : SW1 (PE)
9.30-10.00 : Break time (i think so? idk, LoLx)
10.00-12.00 : Food Handling & Preparation (FHP) Theory
12.00-1.00 : Break Time
1.00-5.00 : Food Handling & Preparation (FHP) Practical

Friday
8.00-12.00 : Food Hygiene & Sanitation (FHS) Practical
12.00-1.00 : CARE

see see, Wednesay to Friday, all lessons start at 8.00 sharp! very tired luhs.
have to wake up so early, just to reach sch before and don be late for lesson, if nt mark as absent.
